LEVEL 1 SPONSORSHIP

SWAG BAG SPONSOR - FREE!
Bags given out on Saturday
- Swag bags will be given out on Saturday to the first 25 attendees, making them an incentive for die-hard book lovers. (We usually have a line forming outside the door at least an hour before we open.)
- As a sponsor, you will provide 25 swag items (other than bookmarks or postcards, though you can also toss those in) such as:
* pens
* chapstick
* tumblers
* coupons
* books
* fridge magnet/clips
* stress balls
* etc.
- Your name and logo will be displayed on our website's dedicated sponsorship page with a link to your website for 1 year.
Note: Swag bag items can be mailed ahead of time by Oct. 1st. If you want to bring them in person, they must be brought to the Convention Center on Friday, Oct. 16th unless otherwise arranged.
DOOR PRIZE SPONSOR - FREE!
- Provide 1 or more items (other than bookmarks or postcards, though you can also toss those in) for door prize baskets such as:
* pens
* chapstick
* tumblers
* coupons
* books
* fridge magnet/clips
* stress balls
*T-shirts
* any item you can tuck your business card or promotional material into
*etc.
- Your name and logo will be displayed on our website's dedicated sponsorship page with a link to your website for 1 year.
Note: Door prize items can be mailed ahead of time by Oct. 1st. If you want to bring them in person, they must be brought to the Convention Center on Friday, Oct. 16th unless otherwise arranged.
Note: Tiny items such as chapsticks and pens can fall out easily. It would be a good idea to put small items in a mesh bag with your bookmark or business card so nothing gets lost.
SILENT AUCTION SPONSOR - FREE!
- Each year we support a local non-profit that's near and dear to our hearts with a Silent Auction.
- As a sponsor, you will provide 1 gift basket for the annual Silent Auction held during the book fair on Saturday, Oct. 17th.
- Your name and logo will be displayed on our website's dedicated sponsorship page with a link to your website for 1 year.
