Novel Lattes (formerly known as Literature & Lattes) is the largest clean book festival in the U.S., featuring authors from South Dakota and around the country representing genres such as fantasy, romance, children's fiction, middle grade, YA, non-fiction, adventure, sci-fi and more.

Friday is dedicated to our Writing Workshops--classes taught by attending authors on all facets of the author journey! In the evening, Novel Lattes hosts a Meet & Greet party where attendees are encouraged to dress up fancy or in character/genre costume!

Saturday is the big book fair day! Dozens of authors from around the country selling and signing their books, vendors selling coffee- and book-themed wares, lunch on site, and a coffee truck INSIDE serving delicious lattes all day long!

Whether you're a reader, writer, coffee connoisseur, or all of the above—if you like the idea of snuggling in with a good book while the aroma of coffee wafts through the air - this event is for you!

This event was amazing! I will definitely reserve all of the dates next year. We were only able to attend the workshops this year - and they were completely wonderful. Thank you for bringing this event to life!

My wife and I attended the Literature and Lattes event at the Denny Sanford Convention Center to support our friends who were involved. While we initially expected to stay for only an hour, we were thoroughly impressed by the entire program. We enjoyed the opportunity to speak directly with the authors: learning about their inspirations, themes, and styles kept us engaged for several hours. We even purchased several sets of books to enjoy at home. Additionally, the catering was excellent and provided a great space to rest and connect with other attendees. We are already looking forward to the next event.
